When am I able to access my storage unit?
Access your storage unit or parking space 7 days a week from 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
What types of leases are offered?
Rent a unit short or long-term. We offer simple monthly leases no matter the unit size.
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your monthly bill right here on our website. You can also stop by the facility to pay in person.
What documentation do I need to rent a unit?
All we need from you is a valid form of ID. Bring a driver’s license, military ID or passport. For parking spaces, we will need proof of ownership as well.
Do you have elevator access?
Yes, at our Trenton location, we have a freight elevator that is available at any floor. All other locations are ground level.
Do you have climate control storage units?
Yes, at the Trenton location, all of our units are 100% climate control. Our Riverview location also has climate controlled options available.
Am I able to purchase packing supplies?
Yes you are. Purchase anything you need from our available retail located in the office. We have everything from boxes of various sizes, furniture covers and much more.
What security measures are in place?
Our facility is under 24 hour video surveillance along with keypad entry. Each of units are well-lit and clean for efficient loading and unloading.
I need extra space for meetings, do you have a conference area?
Yes. If you need space for larger group meeting and gatherings, we have a conference room at our Trenton location. Give us a call to book.
